Welcome to my 365 project. I am using NE Wisconsin barns for my theme. I hope to capture a new barn every day. I would like this to be a narrative of the plight of barns in Wisconsin. Many are falling into disrepair, or are being completely removed.

Hwy JJ

This is the McCarthy Farm. The farm that is in the family of Joe McCarthy the famous US Senator from Wisconsin. You can read about him here: Joe McCarthy . It was dusk, and we stopped at the fence to take a sunset picture of the barn and silos. It must have been the end of milking as well as the cows came out of the barn to investigate. It was a unique opportunity for a shot.
